On 20 February 2024, the “Ordre des experts-comptables (OEC)” (Institute of Chartered Accountants) published its opinion on draft bill of law no. 8286 concerning accounting, annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of undertakings, as well as related reports, and repealing the function of “commissaire”.
