At the EFRAG General Assembly held on 31 October 2014 in Brussels, the “Commission des normes comptables (CNC)” (Accounting Standards Board) was admitted as a member of the EFRAG General Assembly. EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) is a private-law organisation that advises the European Commission on the adoption of international accounting standards (IFRS).
