The “Commission des normes comptables (CNC)” (Accounting Standards Board) announces the repeal and withdrawal of CNC Opinion 09/001 (previously numbered CNC Opinion 1-1) issued on 18 February 2009 following the repeal of Article 312 of the amended law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies and of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 29 June 1984.
