On 26 March 2024, the “Commission des normes comptables (CNC)” (Accounting Standards Board) published its opinion on draft bill of law no. 8286 concerning accounting, annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of companies, as well as related reports, and repealing the role of “commissaire”.
