As part of its 2023-2024 cycle, the Luxembourg private law working group (GRDPL) at the University of Luxembourg (Uni.lu) has invited the “Commission des normes comptables (CNC)” (Accounting Standards Board) to its conference on 5 December 2023 entitled “The reform of the 1928 law on not-for-profit organisations: what are the changes?” to present the new accounting rules applicable to not-for-profit organisations and foundations following the entry into force of the Law of 7 August 2023 on not-for-profit organisations and foundations.
