The CNC informs stakeholders interested in accounting law and corporate accounting of the submission on 28 July 2023 to the Chamber of Deputies of Bill No. 8286 concerning bookkeeping, annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of undertakings, as well as related reports, and repealing the function of “commissaire” (known as the “Draft law on the overhaul of Luxembourg accounting law“).
