The “Commission des normes comptables (CNC)” (Accounting Standards Board) invites the undertakings concerned – namely large public-interest entities (banks, insurance companies and companies listed on a regulated market in the European Union) with more than 500 employees and a balance sheet total of more than €20 million and/or net turnover of more than €40 million – to consult press release 18/04 published by the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF)” (Financial Sector Supervisory Commission) in relation to the publication of non-financial information and information on diversity.
