The EFRAG General Assembly meeting on 8 June 2015 appointed the President of the CNC, Mr. Alphonse Kugeler, as a member of the EFRAG Board. The EFRAG Board is the governing body of EFRAG, which oversees the working groups and the organisation as a whole. EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) is a private-law organisation that advises the European Commission on the adoption of IFRS international accounting standards.
